MidTown Gallery, our gallery/meeting room, is the perfect venue for your next class or workshop, wedding, handfasting or reception, private event, family dinner, reunion, or birthday party. We are centrally located in Westport and can accommodate 100 or more guests.

The deposit will be returned when the room is vacated in good order and repair. Cancellation requires fourteen days notice for the refund of deposit. Reservation is firm when contract is signed and deposit is made. Payment in full is due before use of the meeting room.
You may use smudge, incense, and candles and bring in food or drink (Additional deposit applies). Renter will comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements pertaining to the premises. No smoking or illegal substances are allowed in the building. This room is not to be used for “after hours” parties and is not available after 2:00 AM.
Available tables and up to 100 chairs are provided at no additional cost. Set up and take down are the responsibilities of renter, as is final clean up. We can supply clips for hanging things from the ceiling if you have decorations or displays you want to hang. Do not mount anything directly on the walls.
Also available at no cost are a modular stage, stage lights, overhead projector, screen, easels, extra fans and whiteboard.
Use of kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, coffee service, glass plates, mugs and glasses are included. No disposable items such as plates, cups, napkins or plastic ware are provided.
A helium tank with balloon inflator is available for a rental cost of $75.
You are expected to leave the facility in the same condition as when you came in and have all of your possessions out of the facility at the end of the rental period. This means putting away any tables, chairs, or equipment that you have used, taking away all items you brought in, disposing of any leftover food or drink and carrying out your own trash. There is a dumpster in the parking lot for trash. A vacuum cleaner and broom are in the closet for your use.
If your event ends after the store is closed, turn off all lights, turn off heat or air conditioner and make sure the outside door is locked. You may pick up you deposit check when an employee verifies that the room has been cleared.
